Will You Be Brave Enough To Help Me Today?
I was browsing through Waterstones in Loughborough the other day when I stumbled over a newly published book called “The Winner’s Bible” by Dr Kerry Spackman. This author has coached many top atheletes and business people and I am always curious about the mindset of really successful people, so I bought it.
I will report in full when I have finished working through the book, but at the moment I am stuck on chapter 3 (Your Strengths, Weaknesses and Repeated Mistakes) and I have to say it is uncomfortable work. Self Help books that I have read in the past have never probed as deep as this one so I think this one may actually have some real benefit. So, uncomfortable or not, I will do the exercise.
This is where I need some brave volunteers….
