This book was recommended to me on a marketing course I went on a couple of years ago. For years I had been telling clients of mine that they had to seperate themselves from their business if they ever wanted to sell it, or leave something sustainable when they died. This book actually shows the steps a small business can take to easily achieve that position and allow them to enjoy the benefits of a successful sale before they shuffle off this mortal coil!
